Here at Gillman Honda San Antonio, we spend a lot of time touting the high quality and overall desirability of the automobiles that we sell so proudly every day, and while it makes loads of sense to spend the majority of our time advertising the product, we don’t always spend enough time building up the incredible men and women that put deserving consumers behind the wheels of some of the most beloved cars in the industry. Frankly, we work under the belief that we employ some of the finest personnel in San Antonio, and that shows in the experience our customers have when working with our dealership, whether it be sales or service.
To show our appreciation of these employees and the hard work and dedication they put into their jobs, we hold quarterly celebrations that typically include some kind of luncheon paid for by the dealership, as well as a sort of “Employee of the Quarter” award selected by management. The winner of this accolade is someone who has continuously shown commitment to the job and exceeded expectations, either by being the top salesperson of the quarter, earning the top customer service survey scores, going out of their way to help fellow employees and customers, or even just doing a general outstanding job.
We look at this award as a true honor, and our employees genuinely look forward to the opportunity to earn one. The winner receives a plaque commemorating their performance, as well as some well-deserved cash.
