We are very close to Christmas here at Gillman Honda San Antonio, and it would be a pretty massive understatement to say that we're excited about it. So much has been going on around here to get us into the holiday spirit that it's hard not to feel a little overwhelmed (in a good way) by Christmas cheer.
Earlier this month, for example, we held an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest on December 12th. This is a tradition that has really grown over the course of the last 5-10 years across the U.S., and employees here at Gillman Honda San Antonio had no problems getting really dolled up with some seriously impressive gaudy holiday gear. First and second prize won $100 and $50, respectively, and it was about as fun a contest as we've had since the Halloween one a couple of months ago.
We also have been hosting a toy drive, which ran through December 19th, with the hope of filling an entire FedEx truck with goodies for kids at the Dell Children’s Medical Center. Thanks to everyone who participated—you've helped bring some holiday cheer to those most in need!
One more thing about the holidays: we'll be open on Christmas Eve for all of your new Honda and Honda pre-owned purchasing/test-driving needs, but we'll close a little early at 3:00 p.m. that day. We'll be closed on Christmas, but we are open on New Year's Day.
We hope you all have a great holiday season, and we're looking to another great year with the best customers in the world!
