When it comes time to buy a new vehicle, many responsible consumers turn to some of the Internet's most respected online resources to try and determine which of those automobiles have been awarded the most positive reviews. Of course, what automotive journalists have to say about a car is only a small part of the story, because in reality it's the customer satisfaction that matters most. If a vehicle is beloved by critics and consumers alike, all the better.
In any event, Honda features some of the most respected and beloved vehicles in the industry, which is why it was so nice to see both the 2015 Honda Fit and the 2015 Honda CR-V win their segments in the most recent AutoPacific Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.
These accolades, given to the vehicles determined to be the most satisfying to customers, are awarded based on over 66,000 surveys completed in the first quarter of the calendar year by owners of cars and light trucks in the U.S. To top a segment is a result of receiving the most positive feedback from consumers, which means good things for both the completely-redesigned Honda Fit and the best-selling Honda CR-V.
"These two models represent Honda's core growth segments, and we're gratified to know that our customers are satisfied with their purchases," said Jeff Conrad, senior VP and GM of the Honda automobile division and American Honda. He added that every Honda car to earn praise from these AutoPacific awards does so because customers love them, and it's great to have that enthusiasm validated.
We obviously agree with that, and we hope that customers in San Antonio continue to love these vehicles as much as they clearly do right now.
