A lot of customers assume that their relationship with a dealership is over the minute they drive their new car away from the facility, but that simply isn't the case, especially here at Gillman Honda San Antonio. Buying a Honda car or SUV is just the beginning of what we hope is a long and valued relationship, and one way that we like to kick things off is with our new owner clinics.
The last one happened earlier this month, and we had a really fun time. Over fifty new customers showed up with their vehicles and attended workshops that walked them through how to follow the maintenance schedule, how to operate all the nuances of the navigation system, how to make the most of Bluetooth connectivity and even what underused but valuable technological features are available in every nook and cranny of their new 2015 Honda Accord, 2015 Honda CR-V, or whatever else they chose.
We also introduced drivers to our staff, who answered a number of questions in a Q-and-A type of format, and we even gave away door prizes, including a brand new flatscreen TV.
To be perfectly honest, we had a really fun time and the customers we've spoken with who were there agreed that it was an enriching and fun experience.
It’s over now, of course, but the good news is that we have another one planned for January. The exact date is TBD, but keep your eye on the website or this blog and we'll get the information out as soon as official dates and times come together.
Our hope is that it's just as fun and valuable as the one we just wrapped up!
