Kevin Dunn was an amazing internet manager who sold us our Pilot which we loved and were looking for. He was not pushy and was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Kevin even helped me set up my IPhone for hands free driving. We would definitely buy a vehicle from him and reference him to our family and friends.

Kevin was my sales person. incredibly well informed with the vehicles what the dealership had in stock. His negotiation skills were fine-tune and after a three day process was able to put me in a new car... I would recommend Kevin to any one of my sales agents of 485 and definitely will be referring more people to this dealership great job - when you're done selling cars I have a position available for you Kevin .

I just wanted to take a few minutes to express my heartfelt appreciation for one of your employees, Mr. Woodard.  He assisted me in purchasing a 2012 CR-V on Monday 07/23/2012.

If I may, allow me to put something into perspective for you so that you can truly understand where I am coming from.  This marked my 5th automobile purchase since I was 21 years old (I am 39 now)...you can imagine I have been in and out of numerous dealerships in the past 18 years and have interacted with many different individuals.  I can honestly and sincerely tell you that I have NEVER, EVER had such a pleasant and positive experience purchasing a vehicle, EVER, until I walked through the doors at Gillman Honda.  Many thanks to Mr. Greenfield for pairing me up with Mr. Woodard. The ENTIRE car buying experience from beginning to end was absolutely AMAZING.  For the 1st time I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or judged and/or, to be quite frank,  screwed (for lack of a better term).  Mr. Woodard was professional but personal and approachable at the same time (not typically my experience with car salesmen,unfortunately).  He listened to me.  He actually listened to me.  He put me at ease and assured me he would take care of me and he did just that. I walked into your dealership on Monday already defeated, having already seen disappointment at 2 different dealers (not affiliated with the Gillman Auto Group). Mr. Woodard did not give up on me, the deal, or the sale. He went above and beyond to get me into my gorgeous new Honda CR-V.  He didn't HAVE to do anything for me but he did everything and MORE and I could not have been more satisfied. I want to commend Mr. Woodard on a job well done. I hope you know that he is truly an asset to your organization.
I understand that your General Manager, Mr. Davis was involved by Mr. Woodard in making this deal happen.  Although I never got to meet Mr. Davis, I want to praise him and thank him for his role in this as well, because he, too did not have to do anything to help me but he did.
I would also like to mention that your Finance Manager, Mr. Anthony DeLaPaz was great to work with.  He made that part of the buying process remarkably pleasant.  Kuddos to him!
I know things happen for a reason and I know that I was turned away that day by those two Chevy Dealerships because there was bigger and better waiting for me...I just didn't know it at the time...until my encounter with Gillman Honda & Mr. Woodard. I went as far as responding to those two dealerships-thanking them for not wanting my business because it allowed me to deal with this World Class organization, Gillman Honda.
Let me conclude with this...
I am a single mother of an eight year old daughter.  It's been just her and me from day one.  It has not always been easy, but it's been worth every second having the privledge of being her mom.  I want to share something with you...Imagine having to find the words to explain to your visibly upset, crying, scared eight year old why someone would go into a movie theater and kill innocent people.  And so one of the many hard conversations began.  I delicately explained to her that unfortunately there are some bad people in this world who do bad things but that equally there are great people who do great things.  Thank you so much for being the concrete example I gave my daughter about the great people in this world.  I was able to restore her faith (and mine, too) and make her simply understand when I told her, "See Jadyn...how great these men have been, how they have helped us get into a great new car, remember when Momma told you there are great people in this world, too...not just all bad guys? Well, Mr. Woodard is one of those people.  The other men here are great people, too."  She got it- she understood and her response to me was, "Yes, Momma they are and we need to come back here and buy another car from them!" Priceless.
You truly have created an exceptional organization and have surrounded your business with an amazingly genuine staff.  You should be so proud!  You are not just in the business of selling cars and that is positively apparent.

You have gained a customer for life and I will certainly tell everyone I know how GREAT Gillman Honda is- and how great Mr. Woodard is- and all of your staff! Top Notch Class Act!

I'm not an impulsive buyer, I like to take my time to look around. I met a sales person named Troy. He was very pleasant, never tried to rush me. He was very helpful. Although I haven't made a final decision , I will be back asking for him. He was very helpful & informative. Seems very honest, hard to find a car salesman like that now days!
